This notice applies to enquiries, quotations, site assessments, installations, support requests, equipment sales, after-sales support, and general communication through the CubeSA website, email, telephone, WhatsApp or in-person engagement.

We may share information only where necessary with trusted parties such as equipment suppliers, installation partners, couriers, hosting providers, email service providers, accounting providers, legal advisors, warranty agents or other service providers who assist CubeSA in delivering services.
Where third parties are used, CubeSA will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is handled responsibly and only for the intended purpose.
Where CubeSA installs, configures or supports CCTV and security systems, the client is normally the owner or operator of the surveillance system and the responsible party for footage captured on that system. CubeSA may access footage, device settings, network details or system information only where required for installation, support, troubleshooting, maintenance or authorised technical assistance.
CubeSA uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures may include controlled access to client information, secure communication practices, device protection, password controls, supplier confidentiality expectations and limiting access to information to persons who need it for service delivery.
CubeSA keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose it was collected, including quotation records, project records, invoices, warranty records, support history, legal obligations and legitimate business administration. When information is no longer required, CubeSA will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, de-identify or archive it securely.
CubeSA may send service-related communication about quotations, projects, support, warranties or client requests. Marketing communication will be limited and relevant. You may ask CubeSA to stop sending marketing communication at any time by contacting us at hello@cubesa.co.za.
